Wish Software is justifiably proud of the technical support provided with its products and is considered one of the best in the industry.

All our software development staff and technical support personnel have spent considerable time in the field - totalling 40 years and counting! That means we understand the pressures you face and therefore we don't just supply product support and software updates in double quick time, we also bring to bear our considerable expertise to advise on general CAD, GIS, processing and charting queries to keep you moving.

Maintenance

All product purchases include an Initial Software Annual Maintenance Agreement (SAMA) that is valid for one year and renewable annually.

The SAMA includes all product updates, technical support and feature requests for a calendar year.

Feature requests are generally provided free of charge unless functionality requested is considered very company specific.
