A new command Recreate Hatch boundary has been added that re-makes the boundary polyline from a selected Hatch entity.

The user is prompted to select the Hatch entity that they want to re-make the boundary for. The polyline that is created will be drawn with the active Layer/Colour/Linetype properties.
