FR683 - Create Grid

A new option has been added to the Create Grid command that allows the Grid or Graticule intersections to be created as an 'open cross' block symbol based on the specified tic lengths in the dialog:

FR683 Create Grid - Open Cross

This will result in a graticule intersection as shown in the example below:
