Attach Profile Info is used to turn an existing profile polyline into an AutoChart entity so that further relative profile data (such as sub-bottom profiler data) can be drawn within the profile panel. Attach Profile Info is normally required where the original profile data has not been drawn by AutoChart or if the original profile information has been inadvertently removed and so this command will often be used in conjunction with the Enable Profile command.

The Panel Name should be entered exactly as it is named in the Profile Dictionary (e.g. Demo_001a_T_1). This name can be viewed using the Show Profile Information inquiry. The polyline selected should be set as the Primary Profile so that any relative data drawn on or exported from the profile panel will refer to the depth from this profile.
