A new option has been added to the Create Panels Dialog that allows the User to specify a minimum length of any generated Cable type Sub-Panels. Where the route includes alter course points where the normal sub panel generation would mean that the panel length would be smaller than the specified value then the sub panel that is created will continue past the alter course point.
